Ghana Education Service Calls for Submission of Outstanding Salary and Allowance Issues

The Ghana Education Service (GES) in a letter dated  19th December, 2022 has requested that all regional directors re-submit outstanding salary and allowance issues to the acting Director of the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD).

 

These issues include upgrading/salary adjustments, transfer grants, responsibility allowances, and junior rank promotions for both teaching and non-teaching staff.

 

Regional directors have been asked to compile these issues using the attached excel sheets and submit them via email to hrdirectorate@ges.gov.gh by the end of the day on Friday, December 30th, 2022.

 

The GES has urged all regional directors to quote the reference number (GES/HQ/HRMD/SEC/22/054) in any replies.

REQUEST FOR OUTSTANDING SALARY/ALLOWANCE ISSUES WITHIN THE REGIONS CONCERNING STAFF

 

Management of the Ghana Education Service entreats all Regional Directors to kindly re-submit to the Ag. Director, HRMD, SOFT COPIES of all outstanding salary/Allowance issues in the Region.

 

These outstanding issues are as follows:

 

1. Upgrading/Salary Adjustment

 

2. Transfer Grant

 

3. Responsibility Allowance (PLEASE REFER TO LETTER ATTACHED)

 

4. Junior Rank Promotion(Teaching/NonTeaching)

 

Kindly use the attached excel sheets for compilation.

 

Please note that you are to submit via hrdirectorate@ges.gov.gh by the close of the day on FRIDAY, 30th DECEMBER 2022.
