In a Facebook post sited by Informed teachers network, Mr. Maxwell Lukutor, ( An aspiring MP for South Tongu constituency) shares an appreciation message he received from one satisfied university graduate who can’t be silent but appreciate the financial support he received from him and the enormous impact it has made in his life.
Below is the full message as posted;
“I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude for your help in financing my studies. Thank you so much for the support and help you provided, for your dedication, attention and for your readiness to help with every prompt response to requests.
Thanks for providing the kind of help that I needed. Your financial support has provided much needed stress relief. I don’t know anyone as generous as you. You came to my aid when I was about to give up on everything there is to a tertiary education.
Thank you… thank you… thank you!!
God richly Bless you!!”
Upon receiving the message, Mr Lukutor confesses that messages like this (not a title nor position) is what inspires him to do more for humanity.
Surveyors Maxwell Lukutor is one of the few land surveyors in Ghana who are certified and licensed to practice as private surveyors. Currently, he is the leader of Licensed Surveyors in the Volta Region. He was once an Assemblyman for Kpotame.
He read General Science and graduated from Sogakope Secondary School (SOGASCO) in the year 1993. He went further to Bishop Herman College (BIHECO), Kpando to study for his Sixth Form in 1995.
Maxwell later proceeded to the Kwame NkrumahU Universityof Science and Technology to pursue his Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Geodetic Engineering now Geomatic Engineering.
After hist training he taught at the university as a teaching assistant and subsequently established his own Survey Company.
Currently, Maxwell Lukutor holds professional certificates in Land Management and Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He wrote his professional exams and qualified through taught and interviews to become a Licensed Surveyor. His license permits him to survey lands in Ghana and outside Ghana. He also studied for the Commonwealth Executive Masters in Public Administration.
Mr. Maxwell K. Lukutor has a very rich leadership experience, with an enviable practical experience devoted to community development, education, and service delivery. He has interest in making life more comfortable for his neighbors and business partners
Mr. Lukutor, is a great professional with the tacit skills of informed intuition, team-acting, client-impassioned, good judgement under pressure, a clear logical mind and practical approach to solving problems. His blend of versatility is facilitated by a temperament blend of 40% choleric, 35% melancholy and 25% phlegmatic. He is very resourceful and innovative with a positive drive to see things through to completion.
A leader with a soundand optimistic outlook on all things in life. Though a part time politician, he was also the National President of SOGASCO Old Students’ Association(SOSA National).
He owns four different companieswhich are fully operational.
His survey company, *Global Surveys Limited, has surveyed many private individual and government lands in Ghana. Some of his professional works are notably the University of Energy and Natural Resources in Nsoatre -Sunyani, the University of Health and Allied Sciences at Ho and several other prominent institutions in Ghana. His offices are located both in Sogakope, Volta Region and Tema in the Greater Accra Region.
Politically, Hon. Maxwell K. Lukutor is very much prepared to become the next Member of Parliament for South Tongu Constituency in the Volta Region of the Republic of Ghana. He contested and lost three major consecutive Parliamentary Primaries in 2012 and 2016; both on the tickets of the National. Democratic Congress (NDC). He aspires to win the next primaries and succeed his major contender, Hon. Mensa Kobla Woyome.
Maxwell is happily married with four children. May the good Lord continue to guide his steps and enable him to impact more lives positively.
